Intuitive Vinyasa Yoga

I offer yoga as a guide for building strength and integrity in body, mind & spirit. By unearthing the power that comes from steady, focused attention, aligning actions with intentions, movement with breath, and igniting core stability and whole-body integrity, the practices I design support practitioners to approach fluid sequences and moments of stillness with balance so that practice becomes an effective tool for deep inquiry, and a welcome invitation to connect with yourself as you are.
I use intuitive sequencing, clear alignment cues and offer modifications to make practices accessible and allow for a personal experience of following one’s own breath and uniqueness within a guided flowing form.
I love incorporating music supportive to getting into a groove in practices and being carried by a pulse that can focus energy. My classes are an invitation to connect with the ground of your being, to drop into sensation and find the balance between stability and ease with grace and compassion.
